This 2800 square foot, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home is located in River Island. The neighborhood offers sidewalks, playgrounds, neighborhood walking trails, and a boardwalk with views of the Savannah River. The amenities in the house include computers, WiFi, Printer, cable, HD, and a DVD player. The main floor features a spacious, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, coffee station with Keurig, a sunny breakfast nook and island that seat 4 people each, and dining room that seat 6-8 people. From there you can head to the living room where there is a large flat screen TV with sound bar, and a fireplace. All the bedrooms have queen beds. The master bedroom has a full, en-suite bathroom. The flex room can be made into a fifth bedroom or kept as a workout office space. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has its own bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a Jack and Jill bathroom with separate vanities. There is a screened in porch with a TV and seating area. Outside there is a private backyard with a back patio, seating, and a gas grill. There is a golf cart available during rental.
