Our Charleston-style home boasts a spacious open floorplan with a furnished covered front porch, a second-floor front porch, a screened-in side porch, and a fenced yard. The front of the house faces an open greenspace, providing increased privacy. The owner’s suite, located on the main floor, features a spa-like bath. The main floor also houses a large kitchen equipped with a Nespresso machine, which opens up to the family room. The family room includes a baby grand piano, a gas fireplace, and a large OLED TV. The side of the kitchen leads to the dining room, which has a round family-style table that seats five people. The main floor also includes a laundry room, a half bath, and the screened-in porch with a Rectecq wood pellet grill. Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms and two full baths. The second front porch, which overlooks the greenspace and offers stunning views, is accessible through the upstairs loft area. Additionally, this property provides protected parking directly beside the house.
