Located in scenic River Island with gorgeous river views from the backyard and second-story covered deck, this custom build can be your sanctuary during the tournament. Six bedrooms, each with its own private bath along with 2 powder rooms make up the living areas. Lots of entertainment space, with an open concept kitchen, dining room and living room all with beautiful water views. In the walk-out basement, you will find more common spaces including a large bar, theater room, exercise room, and game area including a pool table and ping pong. 2 bedrooms on the main level including a spacious master suite, 1 bedroom in the basement and 3 more on the second floor. We have a two-story office for any work you may need to get done, and there is a 3 car garage and large driveway to offer plenty of parking options. We have a whole-house water filtration system from Aquasana for your convenience. Enjoy the spring weather in your private backyard with a pool and hot tub while enjoying river views, or lounge by the fire pit!
