This River Island 4-story coastal inspired home sits along the Savannah River and is nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac for ultimate privacy. The house has spectacular Savannah Riverfront and sunrise views, it overlooks the community pool, and has immediate access to the community’s renowned river boardwalk and 5+ miles of walking paths. This home has 4 bedrooms (1 King/3 Queens), 4 bathrooms, and each room has direct access to a porch. All baths have a custom tiled shower and the MBR has a claw foot tub. You will also find an 8-person hot tub on the rear patio; the owners always completely drain and fill the hot tub a week before Masters. The kitchen is fully loaded with a gas range and other Jenn-Air appliances. It also comes with 1 gas grill on the front porch and a gas griddle on the rear patio. The house comes with a dining room table that can seat up to 8 and 2 other outdoor dining room tables that can seat up to 6 people each. The living room has a remote-controlled gas fireplace, a game/library on the 3rd floor, and an impressive 360-degree view of the community and Savannah River on the 4th floor. There are 11 TVs throughout the home, 4 porches, 1 patio, an oversized garage, and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The house manager has undergone a federal background check and has been managing the property since it was built in 2020. She can tailor cleaning to your personal preference and/or schedule, she always goes above and beyond to take care of our Guest.
