This beautiful 4 bedroom Southern style home is located in the exclusive River Island subdivision near the Savannah River. The home features two covered front porches with views of the green space and gorgeous sunsets. The main floor includes an ideal kitchen for entertaining, a spacious family room with gas fireplace and large 55″ flat screen TV, classic dining room, half bath and the master bedroom with en suite bathroom. The second floor includes three bedrooms, one with a full bath and two bedrooms that share a jack and jill bathroom; a loft with comfortable seating and large 65″ flatscreen TV. There is a back covered outdoor porch that leads to the patio and backyard. The back patio has a natural gas firepit, perfect for chilly spring evenings after the tournament. An EZGO golf cart is provided for use during your stay. The home is just steps or a golf cart drive away from access paths through the woods that lead to the scenic Savannah River boardwalk.
