Formal dining room is located in the front of the house. The kitchen table has seating for 6 plus a large island with 3 bar stools (the kitchen is fully stocked with any cooking needs + a grill on the back deck). The dining room has seating for 6 as well. This home also includes a full basement with 75- inch smart TV, ping pong, foosball, and a dart board. The top deck overlooks the river with a picnic table, 2 chaise lounges and 4 rocking chairs. Mid level deck boasts a fire table with 4 cushioned chairs. Lower deck has cushioned conversation couch . We have a quiet private neighborhood on a cul-de-sac and easy access to the walking trail (North Augusta Greeneway) and Augusta National Golf Course. We are minutes from I-20, 7.6 miles to Augusta National, 3 miles to River Club Golf Course, 2-3 miles to local restaurants in North Augusta (Manuels, The Larder, Bistro 55, Antonios).
