Welcome to Barnwood Hall, a fully renovated home on 2.56 acres only 15 minutes from the Augusta National Golf Course! There are two owner suites with en-suite bathrooms. One suite features a separate entrance with a private screened porch. Each owner’s bath features deluxe amenities, including body jet sprays, waterfall showerheads, or rainfall showerheads. Two additional large rooms have access to a full hallway bathroom. This house is all about comfort and hosting! A large chef’s kitchen steps into a dining room and living room, which flows seamlessly out on a 15′ x 25′ outdoor patio featuring a gas firepit and BBQ for grilling. In the middle of the backyard, you will encounter the “Retreat,” a 1000-square-foot game and fitness center. Some of the games included are a pool table, air hockey, cornhole, foosball, darts, a fully stocked fridge with adult beverages, and a 43″ HDTV flat-screen TV complete with wi-fi! A fitness area with a treadmill, weights, and exercise bikes is also available. The home is pet-friendly and offers the perfect place to enjoy your favorite beverage and a cigar on the back patio at the end of the day.
