This new house sits on .75 acres on Midland Valley Golf course. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths with 2 of those being ensuite. Master has a king bed, and others are queens. Bedroom upstairs is ensuite. The upstairs sitting room with an amazing view of the course, boasts an 84″ tv where you can watch the recap of the day, or The Masters tournament. Enjoy our screened back porch for coffee in the morning, or a beer or cocktail at night watching the golfers or enjoying the quiet view. We are a short easy 25 min. drive to The Masters. The cute town of Aiken SC is ten minutes away. Downtown has many restaurants, pubs, and shopping. You can also enjoy Flanigan’s ice cream, a retro arcade with pinball, or enjoy The Vampire Penguin with their culinary creations. You must check out The Alley for live entertainment. By staying here, you will stay away from all the traffic and packed Augusta restaurants. Sams and Walmart are 7-8 min. away. An uncrowded Grocery store is just 5-7 min. from here. Also, Horse Creek Tavern at Midland Valley is a short walk around the bend. Nightly specials, and entertainment on the weekends. You can enjoy playing golf at the course
