Back yard is fenced. Deck is half open and half fully screened in. RecTec grill available in screened deck for use and all grilling accessories are included. Meat smoker available upon request.
Main floor:
Kitchen fully stocked with All Clad cookware and Butter Pan cast iron. Knife block, steak knives and charcuterie knives fully stocked.
Built in oven, microwave and dishwasher. Wine fridge. Over sized refrigerator, Ice chest in bottom. Ice ball available. Standing Freezer in Garage.
Living room has large L- shaped sectional and chair. Fire place- gas. Record player and speakers available. Large smart TV above fire place.
Half Bath is off the living room.
Bedroom 1: Owners suite- walk in tile shower, deep soaking tub, walk-in closet. King bed with memory foam mattress. Large, wall mounted smart TV. Black out curtains and air purifier in room.
Office space has separate door- large desk and over sized chair for reading/ relaxing. Black out curtains on both sets of windows.
Second floor:
Bedroom 2: Owners suite with King size bed- memory foam, walk in closet, black out curtains, smart TV, own bathroom with tub/ shower combo.
Coffee Bar with Keurig coffee maker and Brita water filter.
Hall bath with tub/ shower combo and double sinks.
Bedroom 3: Queen size bed- Tempur-Pedic mattress, walk in closet, black out curtains, TV with Roku.
Bedroom 4: Queen size bed, memory foam, walk in closet, black out curtains, TV with Roku.
Workout room: Light free weights, Peloton, resistance bands, several yoga mats, oscillating fan. Built in desk and printer.
Upstairs living room:
Leather sectional couch, Smart TV, Playstation’s and gaming options. Bar cart for upstair beverages. Black out curtains on all windows.
