The house is located in very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, Stallings Ridge, Martinez; it is approximately seven (7) miles from the Augusta National Golf Course. Several houses are used during the Masters in this neighborhood. The house has four large bedrooms, four full bathrooms, large living area, kitchen, dining area, and a breakfast nook. The dining has seating for six and breakfast table has seating for four. The large backyard porch has seating for six. All four bedrooms are on the second floor. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and has an attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and also has an attached bathroom. The third bedroom has queen-size bed and the fourth bedroom has two twin-size beds. The third and fourth bedrooms have a shared bathroom. The house can comfortably accommodate 5-6 persons.
