The home’s main floor opens up the dining and living rooms, kitchen and breakfast nook, and draws guests out onto a relaxing balcony with comfortable seating and a gas flame coffee table. The kitchen features a gourmet gas cooktop and the living room has a large screen television viewable from the kitchen bar, nook and dining room. The master king-size bedroom and a queen-size bedroom, both with en suite bathrooms, are located on the main floor. A half bathroom and laundry room are also located on the main floor. The queen-size third and fourth bedrooms are located downstairs. The third bedroom connects directly to a shared bathroom, while the fourth bedroom shares the downstairs bathroom.
