Screened porch with surround sound, big screen TV and outdoor kitchen with hibachi, grill, pot burner, and sink. Gourmet kitchen with Thermador appliances and prep kitchen with second sink and dishwasher. Single dining area off kitchen seats 8. Oversized Island bar seats additional 4. Upstairs has loft with game table and TV, and media room with surround sound and big screen with plenty of seating. Guest BR2 with bunks will sleep 4 adults comfortably. Guest BR3 has bath directly across hall. There is private access only thru garage stairs to Guest BR4 with en-suite bath. Sofa and coffee table shown in those pics will be removed and replaced with queen bed.
