It has ample room for guests to spread out and feel at home. The great room and the master bedroom open to an expansive deck with table seating for eight, a gas fireplace, and large-screen television. The open concept kitchen has a five-burner gas range, oven, convection/microwave oven, and warming oven.
All bedrooms have white bedding, an ensuite, and a television. On the main level, the master bath ensuite has an air-jet tub and a walk-in shower. Three queen bedrooms are located on the upper floor. A coffee maker and beverage refrigerator are available for upper-floor guests in the bonus room. The lower-level bedroom has a king bed, double sink ensuite, and overlooks the heated pool, spa, and river.
The lower level contains a theater room, a game room with a pool table, and a family room complete with a wet bar, coffeemaker, microwave, full refrigerator, large-screen television, and a gas fireplace. It opens to the pool deck and patio with bar height seating for six, a table for four, and a sectional. From the backyard, River Island’s boardwalk and trails are just steps away.
