First floor features an open concept floor plan with large kitchen, living room and formal dining room plus a workout space and gaming room for the little ones. The professional grade 8-burner stove and large kitchen island make for easy entertaining. One half bath and 1 full bath are available on the first floor. The second floor features 4 bedrooms total plus a bonus room. Two bedrooms with queen beds share a jack-and-jill style bathroom and another bedroom with a full size bed features a private bathroom. The large master suite with king bed connects to a very large luxury bathroom with large soaking tub, double shower, and double sinks. Washer and dryer are available right outside the master suite. Bonus room is avail upstairs with an additional TV. House has 3 TVs total: 75” in the living room, 65” in the bonus room, and 55” in the kids playroom. Traeger smoker and Blackstone flat top grill available for use. Porch will be screened in if rental is secured in time.
