This 4200 sq. ft. home was built in 2022 and is only 9 miles from the Masters (approx. 15 min. drive). It has an open, spacious floor plan with peaceful surroundings and beautiful views. The living room, kitchen, and dining room are all connected in an open floor plan layout with plenty of seating for meals, hanging out, etc. There’s a 65-inch TV with a gas fireplace in the Living Room. The 2 downstairs bedrooms (king & queen) have private bathrooms. The 3 bedrooms upstairs (2 queens, and a room with twin mattresses; option to add another single mattress in each room upon request). A large loft upstairs serves as a 2nd living room (or bonus room) with a big-screen TV. The large rear patio has a propane gas fireplace and a beautiful view overlooking a small pond. There’s also a shared office downstairs and exercise space in the garage with indoor foam putting green. Walking distance to Riverside Park, which has sand volleyball, tennis, playground, and baseball fields. Plus, you can rent a kayak or paddle boat. In addition, Clarks Hill Lake is 15 minutes away (jet skis and pontoon boats can be rented). Plus, lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores within 10 minutes.
