It has five bedrooms along with a bonus room, that serves as a second living room. The movie room has a 120 inch screen to relax and kick back. You can also relax outside and enjoy outdoor dining or even a quick swim. The home is in walking distance to Riverside Park where they have playgrounds if the kids would like to get out and play, softball fields, tennis courts and volleyball courts. You can even rent a kayak or a paddle boat and have a relaxing ride down Betty’s Branch that leads to the Savannah River. Level 2 Tesla charger available on the property.
