Past the inviting front porch sitting area and through the front door to a 13-foot arched entry opening to the great room. The great room with vaulted ceilings includes stone natural gas fireplace and TV viewing for 10. The great room is open to the 8–10-person mesquite and inlay turquoise dining table which has windows on three sides to enjoy the views and sunsets. The open kitchen with Samsung appliances and 5 burner gas cooktops with double inwall ovens and microwave has an oversized counter and under counter wine fridge. Off the kitchen is a pass-through bar with separate refrigerator to the office/living room with piano. This entire space over looks expansive views of the Mount Vintage Independence 9. Owner’s suite and private bath on the main level with individual vanities and ensuite bath. Also on the main level, 2 bedrooms with shared vanities/toilet with shower. Off the great room is a deck with swivel seating and a pellet smoker/grill. The elevated view from the deck has west facing views for sparkling sunsets and the first and ninth fairways as well as the number 2 tee box. Down a few steps off the deck is a new heated saltwater pool with elevated hot tub that comfortably fits 7. The pool can be heated during Masters week if desired. There is a shaded swim shelf and in water lounge chairs overlooking the course. The large deck space around the pool has dining for 10 and chaise lounges chairs. Take in the cool evenings around the pool overlooking the natural beauty of the lob lolly pines on the course with a fire pit area. The upstairs common space has foosball, and a large TV that is perfect for a quiet movie or an adjacent table for a cards/poker or a puzzle. The upstairs 2 bedrooms share a 2-sink vanity and bath/shower. The second bedroom has a commercial grade elliptical and hand weights for a quick workout if you do not want to walk the 1/4 mile to the Mount Vintage Town Center with 24/7 fitness center and 10 hard tru tennis courts with bocce. The Mount Vintage 27-hole Championship Golf Course Clubhouse is 1/2 mile by car or a pleasant walk through the trees. Mt. Vintage is conveniently located to downtown Augusta with a wide selection of restaurants and activities. Even closer is the growing and vibrant North Augusta River Walk bars and restaurant scene.
