This charming 4 bed 3 bath retreat is on the Savannah River. This home is 7 miles from the course and includes a swim spa and space to exercise or just stretch. The open floorplan easily accomodates 8 adults. Downtown Augusta and North Augusta restraunts are 5 minutes away. SRP baseball park, Freedom bridge, and the Greenway are even closer. The loft is a flex space with room for another bed upon request. The primary bed is a split king that rises, as is one of the queen beds upstairs. After a long day on the course the 12 foot long swim spa can also be used as a hot tub. There is room for 3 vehicles under cover and another uncovered. Enjoy your morning coffee on the back porch watching the osprey hunt before you head out to explore the area and enjoy at cocktail at the fire pit in the evening.
