The front of the house faces an open greenspace for increased privacy. The owner’s suite is located on the main floor with a spa like bath. The main floor also offers a large kitchen that opens up to the family room with a baby grand piano, gas fireplace and large OLED TV. The side of the kitchen opens up to the dining room with a round family-style table that seats 5. The main floor also offers the laundry room, a half bath, and the screened-in porch with a gas grill.
