Well appointed, beautiful craftsman-style home with great architectural features to include heavy molding and curved archways, located 9 miles from the Augusta National in a quiet, established neighborhood. The home has 5 bedrooms. Three bedrooms have queen sized beds and en suite bathrooms. The other two bedrooms have full-sized beds with a shared full bath (split vanity). This home will sleep 5-8 people comfortably. Four of the five bedrooms are downstairs with the larger bonus/bedroom upstairs. There are hardwood floors throughout the living area. Carpet in the bedrooms and tile in bathrooms. The Kitchen has beautiful custom cabinetry with double electric oven, microwave, ice machine, dishwasher and smooth top Jen-Air stove with ample counter space and all stainless-steel appliances. Dining room seats 8. Kitchen seats 6 at table and 2 at the bar. The den has a 58 in screened TV and plenty of plush seating. There is a sun room off of the kitchen that has a couch and chair along with a table that will seat 6 people. This room leads to the covered back porch with attached deck and pergola. There are two fireplaces, one indoor and one on the covered porch. There is a separate fire-pit in the manicured backyard. Large turn-around driveway.
