You walk into the a 2 story open floor plan with 2 bedrooms and a ping pong table. The middle level has the kitchen, dining room, den, master bedroom and large back patio overlooking the Savannah River. The bottom level has the 4th bedroom, kitchen/bar area and a screened in back porch. The backyard has its own private dock.
