The home is a single level brick ranch that offers ample parking (2 car carport and a 2 car parking pad), covered patio(includes outdoor TV and grill) and another beautiful courtyard that would be perfect for entertaining. The home has four bedrooms and three full baths. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have queen size beds. The 4th bedroom has a twin bed with a trundle that pulls out and can be converted to a full size bed. Three of the four bedrooms have televisions. The home also features a well equipped kitchen and a charming breakfast room that seats 4. The elegant dining room is located right off the kitchen and it will seat 6. There is a formal living room(with TV) and a den(with TV) that has french doors that open to the courtyard. You will be minutes from the course, restaurants in the Augusta/North Augusta area and any other entertainment that will be offered that week.
