This house is in West Lake, a gated community with 24/7 community security service protection. It is a stone and stucco French Provincial style house with a large entry way leading to the Great Room featuring 30 foot high ceilings, a fireplace and a panoramic view of the exterior pool, hot tub and a walled patio. The downstairs also features a large master bedroom and bath with a king bed, sitting area and fireplace. There is a modern kitchen with a breakfast area and bar that opens up to a large keeping room with a fireplace and big screen TV. There’s also a half bath and a formal dining room downstairs with seating for 8-10 people. Upstairs, there are three spacious bedrooms; one with a king bed and two with queen beds. Each bedroom has it’s own private bathroom and flat screen TV. The upstairs and downstairs have separate HVAC systems allowing guests to control the climate in their area. The downstairs flows smoothly from room to room making it ideal for entertaining with access to additional space around the exterior flagstone patio and pool.
