All bedrooms are en suite bathrooms with flat screen TVs more than 50 inches, Wi-Fi access, rec./exercise area (stationary bike, elliptical machine and weights). Living room sofa and love seat are electric recliners for relaxing after a day on the course. Kitchen island has six swivel counter stools for visiting and tv viewing. Kitchen is equipped with gas stove, 2 sinks, wine cooler, vitamix, and coffee maker. Dining room table seats 12. Two sunrooms along with partial wrap around porch to enjoy amazing sunrises and sunsets over the river.
Home is beautifully landscaped with a backyard, pool, outdoor shower, multiple seating areas, Weber propane grill, private boat pier and dock. Large carport for 3 vehicles. 15-minute drive to Augusta National. Downtown Augusta and North Augusta restaurants, SRP baseball park, Freedom bridge, and the Greenway are minutes away.
