This Williams Street is the family home of professional baseball player Ty Cobb. In this house he raised his family from 1910-1937. The house has a large porch that is great for entertaining. In the rear of the house there is a firepit, patio and propane grill. As you walk in the front door you are welcomed by the original herringbone wood floors that stretch through an open floor plan. The kitchen has a large island that is perfect for large gatherings. One bedroom is located off the rear with a full bathroom down the hall. Upstairs there are four large bedrooms with two full bathrooms located in the hallway. On the back of the property there is a cottage with a porch, living room, bedroom and full bathroom. There is plenty of parking for 4-5 vehicles in the back not including on street parking. Washer and Dryer are located on the second floor.
Scheduled runs to the gates every tournament morning, seats reserved from your itinerary.
