This custom-built home has large rooms, and ample space for gatherings or to have sanctuary from the crowd. The house is sitting on 1.31 acres with a 5.79-acre stocked pond wrapping around on 3 sides. A brand new deck allows amble space for hosting and enjoying outdoor events. This includes two backyard seating areas with over 10+ chairs and a large grill. Upstairs you will find an additional entertainment space that includes a large television, pool table and living space that can be converted to an additional bedroom if necessary. This house also includes a large laundry room, a 2-car garage, and a wraparound driveway that allows additional cars to park out front. The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly while also allowing for privacy.
Our kitchen is a large space with a long wrap around countertop and island. The breakfast nook seats 4 but additional chairs can be added to seat more. All large appliances are included (electric stove top, oven, fridge, freezer and microwave). An additional freezer for extra storage is located in the laundry room. Other smaller appliances are also available for use, including an air fryer, waffle maker, pancake griddle and toaster, and rice maker.
We have 3 bedrooms available with 2 queen-sized beds and 1 king as well as 3 full bathrooms and a 1/2 bath. The house is10.5 miles from the golf course — just far enough to get away from the crowds and have your own space while still being only a short drive away.
Scheduled runs to the gates every tournament morning, seats reserved from your itinerary.
