Welcome to our cozy southern home. We remolded our downstairs Fall of 2022 and we are excited to share our home with you! Our home is located right in the middle of Martinez and Augusta (7 miles from The Augusta National). Lots of grocery stores, shopping, and food within 2 miles of our home. Enjoy having the master bedroom downstairs with three guest rooms located upstairs. Master suite has a private bathroom with beautiful private bathroom. Upstairs we have a large bathroom with one guest room having a private vanity. We also have a half bath located downstairs. Our favorite feature of our home is our beautiful relaxing back porch. This will be your favorite place to relax and unwind after a long day on the course. Enjoy grilling on the big green egg while watching the golf channel. Our home will hold a lot of cars due to the half acre corner lot supplying you with lots space. If you want to stay in a beautiful Augusta Home look no further!
