Use this area to describe where any bathrooms not directly attached to the bedrooms are located. This could include Jack and Jill bathrooms, 1/2 Bathrooms, non-standard bathrooms.

The one-time listing fee is $50.00 with a $2 credit card processing fee. This will be billed through QuickBooks/Intuit and is due before listing will go live! Your listing will stay active unless you request to have it removed. We ask that you please contact us via email if the property is sold or you secure a rental through another source. Please email us future updated photos if applicable.
Please use ONLY HORIZONTAL/LANDSCAPED IMAGES as vertical shots do not work well. They should include a large shot of the front of your house, the bedrooms, common areas and backyard. Pictures of your pool, billiards table, and entertainment center are all good ideas. Use best lighting for less shadowing and clarity. Note: (Look at pictures before uploading for blurring and shadowing)
Photos should be taken from a device with clear and exact pictures and taken HORIZONTAL/LANDSCAPE only! Photos should also be edited for color and clarity and sized to 600px by 400px before uploaded to us. Photos need to be named by room and coordinating bathrooms. Failure to do so will result in the deletion of your listing and a follow up email asking you to relist with the requirements met! DO NOT send pictures of the same shot; limit them to 1-2 per room and 15-20 pictures total.
All pictures should showcase your home so clients see that wow factor over other listings.
EXAMPLE: Hotel like with clean lines and minimal objects out on counters. Bathrooms pictures should have no personal effects displayed on counters, bath/shower and the toilet lids be closed. Beds made to perfection and furniture placed to show open space. Declutter for best results!
Room to room should be shown on listing as well as the Front and Back of the home to exclude cars in the driveway, bikes/toys, pet effects etc... Do not send photos that have animals in the back ground.
