This 7-bedroom, 5-bathroom 4,404 sq. ft. Home is located 11.2 miles away from the Augusta National Golf Tournament. The Crawford Creek community in Evans, Georgia, has two pools one for swimming laps, walking trails, multiple sport courts, playgrounds, and sidewalks.

There is a covered front porch with a seating area that leads to the main floor. The main floor has a formal dining room (seats 6), a formal living room with a gas fireplace, a full bathroom and one guest room with a king size bed. The gourmet kitchen has a large pantry, conventional wall oven, and a five burner cook top with an island to give you plenty of room for cooking. The kitchen opens to the breakfast area (seats 6) leading to the covered porch that hosts the RECTEC grill and another two outdoor tables (seating 12).

Upstairs has four bedrooms and the laundry room. The master suite features a king size bed, sitting area and a spa-like jetted tub and a tiled walk-in shower ensuite. The second bedroom has a king bed with a four-piece ensuite. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have queen/full beds and will share a double sink full bathroom (not Jack and Jill).

The walk out basement hosts a cinema room, full bar, 6th bedroom (Queen) and 7th bedroom (Queen), and 5th full bathroom. The cinema room has an 85-inch TV with surround sound and seating for 14. The full bar has a 46-inch TV, fireplace, beverage cooler, white/red wine combo cooler, double tap kegerator, small refrigerator, and seating for 8.

This house has nine TVs total throughout (every bedroom has a TV) with Prime, Hulu and Netflix. We will be happy to subscribe to a Sports channel upon request. The house is pet friendly to potty trained dogs for an extra $100/day fee. NO CATS! The fenced back yard has an area for the pets, a trampoline, a swing set and a 1,000 sq ft covered porch with sitting for 10 and a hot tub.
